Black Accents
Matte black sink, faucet, and hardware in the kitchen accentuate the dynamic limestone hood and full-height backsplash. The black hardware allows these eye-catching focal points to pop without adding colors that overwhelm the eye.
We wanted to capture comfort and usability in this space while keeping with the theme of "less is more". The built-in booth seating looks like it's suspended off the floor with clean lines and lined along the top with windows. It has a cool modern, arts and crafts feel to it.

Custom Table
The table is made from quarter sawn white oak that imitates the other white oak accents in the house, from the foyer wall to the bedroom door. The white oak ties these spaces together to make the whole house feel cohesive. The table is custom-made by the Mill to perfectly fit the space and add a personal touch.
Dramatic Lighting
The light fixture in the dinette features a woven basket-like casing that adds to the natural textures of the dinette. The white oak table and booth seating combined with the organic, neutral fibers of the light bring touches of nature into the room. Each component resembles the style and texture found in nature.
