Once fasteners become deformed it's sometimes near impossible to get them out. The Industrial Grade Impact Set from Spring Tools easily reforms and removes damaged, corroded, or stripped fasteners using a heavy duty version of their patented "no-hammer" pull & release spring technology. It develops over 5,000 PSI of impact force to create a new impression in fasteners. It is especially good at shocking corroded or rusty threads.
To use the tool, simply insert the appropriate bit into the Driver. Firmly hold the bit to the damaged fastener. Pull back the plunger 2-3 inches and release it (like snapping a rubber band), while continuing to firmly hold the Driver with the other hand. Rotate the handle to remove the fastener.
Set includes the Driver, 9 heavy duty heat treated bits (a #1, 2, and 3 Phillips; #8, 10, and 12 Slotted; and #20, 25, and 30 Torx), plus a Hex Adapter and a Socket Adapter, all in a foam lined storage case. USA
