This 1/16 inch (1.5mm) Dogleg Chisel Micro Tool from Flexcut can handle the extra-fine details often encountered in woodcarving. The doglegged (or cranked) blade creates an offset that helps keep fingers out of the way and make it possible to get into otherwise difficult to reach areas.
It is perfect for miniature and fine detail work, cleaning up tight corners, accessing tight spaces, cleaning up ridges created by gouge cuts, and carving fine details such as mouths and eyes, plus adding texture such as hair, fur and feathers.
Made with Flexcut's signature steel and attached to an ergonomically shaped ash handle. Tool has an overall length of approximately 5-1/2 inches. USA
