This Silicone Roasting Rack elevates food above fat and liquid for healthier cooking. It has an open design allows air to circulate around food for faster, more even roasting. It is ideal for roasts, poultry, fish, bacon and vegetables. Designed to hold the weight of large poultry and roasts. The vents on the bottom allow drainage of grease and fat into the pan, away from food. Use Racks individually in a small pan, side by side in a large pan, or stacked for extra elevation. The Racks sized to fit side by side in a baking half-sheet. Made from high heat-resistant silicone. Dishwasher safe.
