Crown 280A 4 Pc. Turning Tool Set. The tool blades in this economical Starter Turning Set are made from M2 High Speed Steel (HSS) and are hardened to Rockwell 62-64 for excellent edge holding ability. Crown lathe tools have proven themselves the equal or better of any of the main line brands in terms of performance with the added benefit of usually being less expensive. Consequently they represent one of the better lathe tool values on the market. Blades are approximately 6-1/4" long and are attached to 8-1/2" long stained beech handles. Sheffield, England.
