This Bosch CORE18V 4.0 Ah Compact Battery is slim but keeps the same power and runtime. This single-layer battery reduces resistance and increases efficiency all while improving the performance-to-weight ratio of everyday jobsite tools. It is engineered with 21700 cell technology that matches the power of two layer 4.0 Ah batteries with improved performance per cell. Plus, this battery pack provides compatibility with the full range of Bosch 18V Li-ion cordless tools. It is also designed with the Bosch-exclusive CoolPack 2.0 heat management system which results in 15% faster cooling and 135% longer life compared to previous non-Bosch CoolPack 18V batteries.
