The KN53 Flexcut Stub Sloyd Knife, like all traditional Sloyd tools, is a tough, well-made cutting tool. It has a bit shorter blade than Flexcut's original KN50 Sloyd Knife, making it ideal for smaller projects - from whittling and chip carving, to marking, and general woodworking. The blade is made of high carbon steel to provide a very hard edge with superior edge retention. For added strength the tang extends completely through the beautiful conditioned Cherry hardwood handle, while a brass ferrule helps secure the top. Knife has a blade length of 2-1/2 inches, with an overall length of approximately 7 inches. Comes razor sharp and ready for use. USA
