ThermoWorks Grey Super-Fast Thermapen will come in handy when you are cooking to know the appropriate temperature of your foods. Thermapen delivers fast one-second readings with an improved accuracy spec of ± 0.5°F and can display temperatures in °F or °C, 1° or 0.1° resolution. To save battery, motion-sensing sleep, and wake mode turns off on and off when picked up, in use, or when set down. Thermapen includes other professional-level features, including an auto-rotating display, a fully waterproof IP67 design, a brighter automatic backlight for use at night or in low light, a 2,000-hour battery life using one AAA battery, and included NIST-traceable calibration certificate for increased confidence in its performance.
