It features a new QuadTec I cutterhead which delivers what woodworkers want most in a compact package. The QuadTec I provides quiet, long-lasting performance with its 26 carbide construction and lasts longer than traditional planer knives. In addition, the QuadTec I cutterhead is 4-sided and can be rotated for a new cutting edge. The QuadTec I changes the game when planning tricky grains in hardwoods.
