The CORE18V 8.0 Ah PROFACTOR Performance Starter Kit delivers next-gen battery performance and turbo charger speed. The PROFACTOR Performance battery is compatible with a full range of Bosch 18V tools and is optimized for PROFACTOR tools. It features BITURBO Brushless technology, a high-performance motor and drive-train system delivering power similar to high-demand corded tools. Compared to the CORE18V 4.0Ah Compact battery, the CORE18V 8.0 Ah PROFACTOR Performance battery delivers 100% more runtime and 75% more power. Weighing in at 2.14 lbs, this 8.0 Ah battery includes the latest 21700 cell tech and CoolPack 2.0 heat-management system. Active air-cooling, from two fans, cools the battery while optimizing charge time. The Hell-ion GAL18V-160C Battery Turbo Charger delivers 16-amp charging power. Additionally, Power-Boost mode increases the electrical current charging the CORE18V 8.0Ah from 0-50% in 15 minutes. Bluetooth connectivity is available via a Connectivity Module (sold separately) and provides users access to view the Bosch Toolbox App for battery health, charge level and additional charging modes.
