Product Description
AdvanTech Subfloor Adhesive is a high performance foam-to-gel polyurethane construction adhesive that is designed to aggressively bond OSB, plywood and AdvanTech subfloor panels to the supporting framing. It dispenses as a foam bead and settles into a gel adhesive in a matter of seconds. It also has gap-filling properties that allow it to bridge minor imperfections or gaps found on irregular application surfaces. This adhesive is moisture-curing resin that bonds to subfloor panels and joists even in wet or frozen weather conditions. It is suitable for plywood, OSB, dimensional lumber, treated lumber, concrete, metal, gypsum, wallboard, fiberglass, plastic, masonry and AdvanTech panels.
This adhesive exceeds ASTM D3498 and APA-AFG-01 subfloor standards by 2-5 times standard specification. It has also been tested to satisfy the requirements of ASTM C557.
