The Arbortech Power Carving Unit is the ultimate power source for all Arbortech attachments. Whether you’re sanding or carving, this power tool’s (6) variable speed settings ranging from 2,000 RPM to 11,000 RPM is designed to help you complete your woodworking projects with ease! The increased control this tool offers enables operators to match speed to application for optimal performance and results. The lower speed setting is recommended for use with the included 100mm Sanding Pad and when using sanders on the Arbortech Mini TURBO attachment (not included, sold separately). This tool also offers improved ergonomics with a vibration reducing handle and soft start feature.
Other Features:
- Sanding Pad – Ideal for sanding medium to large projects. Is capable of moulding to slight contours.
- Leveling Guide – Creates an extremely flat leveled surface when used with the TURBO Plane (not included, sold separately). Creates a very even, smooth surface when paired with the included Sanding Pad.
- Chip Catcher – Collects dust and chips during free-form carving and sanding when paired with a vacuum (not included).
- Chip Tube – With the TURBO Plane (not included, sold separately), this tube creates a mess-free way to funnel wood chips into buckets.
- Fan – Use in conjunction with the Chip Tube and TURBO Plane (not included, sold separately) to get rid of most wood chips and dust without a vacuum.
