Ooni Premium Lumpwood Charcoal can be used to give your pizzas some extra flavor. Made from 100% birch hardwood, this charcoal is free from chemicals, aromas, and additives, to deliver a quality taste of natural flavors. The solid, slow-growing birch trees have a more flavorsome, higher density charcoal for efficient, prolonged burning. Responsibly sourced and produced from sustainable FSC certified forests, this charcoal is fired in small batches to ensure ultra-low ash and moisture content for an efficient, sustained burn. It is ready for cooking within 15 minutes from lighting making it great for backyard use, tailgating, and more on the go activities. It is intended to be used with Ooni pizza ovens, but can used with all barbecue grills. Comes in an 8.81 lb. bag.
