This design, combined with a special coating, minimizes heat buildup on the disc, increasing performance and longevity. SIGHTMAX™ flap discs feature high-quality zirconium abrasive grains for quick stock removal and are iron- and sulfur-free, reducing oxidizable particles and preventing rust formation. The coating also slows moisture exposure, extending disc life. Additionally, the conical 10-degree flap arrangement improves ergonomics and tool handling during grinding.
