King Arthur Baking Company's 9" Round Cake Pan Liners make it easy to release baked goods from 9-inch round cake baking pans. Made from European-grade silicone with natural glass fibers and sealed edges, these liners are strong, durable, and flex easily for removal. They are heat safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To use, place the liner into a 9-inch round pan, spray the sides, add batter, and bake per your recipe. Cool slightly, release edges, turn the cake out, and remove the liner. Use only plastic utensils or cutters and press gently to keep from scoring the liner. Avoid direct heat, like stovetops or hot plates. The set includes 2 liners, each measuring 8.75 inches round, with instructions included. They are oven safe (up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit), microwave, and dishwasher safe.
