The King Arthur Baking Company Round Loaf Lifter makes it easy to release bread loaves from Dutch oven baking pans. Crafted from European-grade silicone with natural glass fibers and sealed edges, this loaf lifter is strong, durable, and flexes for easy removal. It is heat safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To use, place the lifter in a Dutch oven with tabs over the sides, add shaped dough for the second rise, place the lid with tabs out, and bake. Lift the finished loaf with the tabs for easy removal. Use only plastic utensils or cutters and press gently to avoid scoring the liner. Avoid direct heat, such as stovetops or hot plates. The lifter measures 8 x 2 x 17.25 inches, includes instructions, and is oven safe (up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit), microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.
