Ideal for sharpening chisels, plane irons, and other similar square edge woodworking tools. The fence on the jig can be adjusted to ensure a precise and repeatable 90 degree angle. The stepped plate of this raises the tool away from the tool platform. Machined runner bar on the base of the jig fits into groove on the ProEdge tool platform to help ensure smooth, controlled passes of the tool across the abrasive belts, while keeping the jig securely on the rest.
