Milwaukee 1" x 6-1/2" Spur Auger Bit is designed to drill through up to 2x the nails of competitor bits without the need for re-sharpening. Whether you’re installing Romex wire, Pex water lines, rebar, bolts or rope in piers, or playground equipment this bit gives professionals the confidence to drill into clean or nail-embedded woods. The bit has a polished and coated flute finish which deters chips from sticking to it even when drilling in material that contains sap or glue. In addition, it has a through-center cutting design that makes a more solid striking point against nails compared to other ahead-of-center and behind-center designs. The long shaft length is ideal for drilling deeper or overhead without the need for extensions.
