The Makita 18V LXT® Cordless/Corded LED Work Light delivers up to 10 hours of 750 lumen light on high mode and 20 hours of 450 lumen light on low mode with a 6.0Ah 18V LXT® battery (sold separately). When using this light with an 18V LXT® battery, a light will flash notifying users when the battery charge is low. For additional versatility, this Makita work light can also be powered by the incorporated AC cord. The AC cord can easily be stored away and wrapped around the mounting base when not in use. The light’s adjustable knobs make it easy for users to adjusts the angle of the flood light and the integrated handle offers hanging capability. At only 8-3/8-inches long and weighing only 5.7-lbs. this light is compact and easily portable. The work light can also be mounted to a tripod light stand or pipe clamp light stand (both sold separately) for additional convenience and hands-free lighting. Unlike lights with halogen bulbs, this Makita work light features LED bulbs that won’t produce high heat. It also features Makita’s Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) which is a protective seal inside the tool that channels water and dust away from internal components. Only use genuine Makita batteries and chargers. Batteries and chargers are sold separately.
