Milescraft 1213 HingeMate 300 Door Mortise Kit. Cut accurate mortises for door & jamb butt hinges, strike plates, and latch plates on interior or exterior wood doors!
Metal frames hold 5 standard hinge sizes (2-1/2”, 3”, 3-1/2”, 4”, and 4-1/2”), 3 strike plate sizes (1-1/8” x 2-3/4”, 1-1/2” x 2-1/4”, and 1-1/2” x 2 3/4”), and 3 latch plate sizes (1” x 2 1/4”, 1 1/8” x 2 1/4”, 1 1/8” x 2 3/4”).
Hinge templates are reversible and will cut mortises for square or round (1/4” & 5/8” radius corner) hinges.
Door Thickness Selector Knob adjusts jig for perfect placement of hinge mortises on either 1-3/8” or 1-3/4” doors.
Templates have a built in tape measure tab for accurate alignment on jambs and doors.
Set also includes a matrix for proper measuring and location for popular door hinge and plate sizes, and a 1/2” diameter x 1/4” shank carbide tipped router bit with bearing guide. Imported
