Sorby 859H Swan Neck Hollowing Tool, 24 in. The individual shape of the Swan Necked Hollowing Tool makes it suitable for blind turning or undercutting where reach is restricted. Tool is to be used with the round bar directly behind the swan neck (curved area) against the tool rest. Can be used in combination with a thickness gauge. This 24" Model has a much more substantial blade and is more suitable for both end grain and side grain work. Fits into an opening as small as 5/8". Includes both a #88977 Bullet Cutter (RS232C) and a #88979 Ball Cutter (RS233C). Has a handle length of 14" and is approximately 24" long overall. Cutting tips are re-sharpenable. Ash handle.
