Rust-Oleum Zinsser Flat White Cover Stain Interior/Exterior Primer, 1 gallon, is a low VOC, oil-based primer that effectively blocks stains and provides superior adhesion on both indoor and outdoor surfaces. This specialty primer is designed to seal stains caused by water, nicotine, smoke, and tannin bleed, making it ideal for surfaces damaged by fire, water, and smoke. It dries to the touch in 1 hour and allows for topcoating of porous surfaces in 2 hours and sealed surfaces in 3-4 hours. With coverage of up to 400 square feet per gallon, it is easy to apply using a brush, roller, or sprayer, and works seamlessly with any topcoat paint.
