This alkyd/oil-based primer is perfect for heavily rusted metal surfaces, transforming them into a smooth, paintable surface. With a coverage area of up to 500 sq. ft. per gallon, it provides maximum strength adhesion and rust protection. The flat red finish is ideal for both interior and exterior use, drying to the touch in 8 to 12 hours. Cleanup is easy with paint thinner or mineral spirits.
