Product Description
This Flat Gray Painter's Touch Ultra Cover Primer from Rust-Oleum blocks stains, discolorations and irregularities and provides a smoother, more uniform paint finish to projects inside and out. This primer can be applied to bare or painted wood, metal, plaster, masonry or unglazed ceramic. It is designed to increase adhesion and the durability of the finish coat. This formula is fast-drying and cleans up easily with soap and water while still wet.
For best results, use a high quality synthetic brush to hold more paint and smooth out brush marks.
