Whiteside 3400 Edge Banding Router Bit Set. These bearing guided edge banding router bits give plywood that complete "solid wood look" by making perfect matching solid wood edges. Set includes one bit for routing the required v-shape on solid wood banding stock, and one bit for routing the matching V-groove on the edge of the plywood.
The v-shape seats banding firmly, provides lots of gluing surface area, and helps keep it from shifting up and down at glue up. Glue in your banding, trim the overhang, and you're done. For use on stock under 13/16" thick. Maximum 3/8" depth of cut.
Bits are 2-wing, with carbide tips, and 1/2" shanks. Whiteside Machine Company - Claremont, North Carolina.
