The Festool Trion Jigsaw has a patented 3-way blade guidance system - based on the pendulum rod, the rear guide roller, and the patented CP (Carbide Precision) guide plates situated at the point of cut - for precise perpendicular cuts. The blade stays at exactly the pre-set angle, for precise cuts of all kinds including bevel or miter cuts (0-45 deg.), and reduced sway-out in tight radius cuts. The saw has a splinter guard (plastic zero clearance insert) for splinter-free cuts, and an adjustable pendulum stroke for powerful forward movement.Trion D-Handle Saw : Includes the saw; 2 multi-purpose wood blades; a chip guard; a splinter guard; and Festool's universal Plug-it Cord; all in a and a SysGen 3 Systainer M 187*.*NOTE : The new generation Systainer3 is fully compatible with current T-LOC Systainers. And, like the T-LOC Systainer, it can be latched on top of the Classic Systainer (going back to 1993).
