When internal venting, recirculation passes the air through charcoal filters (sold separately) to trap grease and odors before pushing the air back into the home.
- 44.5K BTU Cooktop Threshold : This hood is equipped to handle the high heat and cooking power of cooktops up to 44.5K BTUs.
- Recirculation (non-vented/duct-free) : This hood can be installed without needing to vent outside. Recirculation happens through filters to help keep the air fresh.
