Our Return & Exchange Policy
- Most items are eligible for returns within 90 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned within 90 days for a replacement or refund.
- Power tools must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
- Returned items must include all original parts, be in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received. Otherwise, a restocking fee may be charged.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if we determine the item has been abused, neglected, or misused, or we are unable to verify the transaction.
Changed Your Mind?
Online Purchases
- Use the original packaging to send the item back. Returned items must be in new condition, include all original parts and be in their original packaging
- Include the packaging slip containing your name and order number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

In-Store Purchases
- Bring the item to the store in its original packaging.
- The package must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
- Bring the original receipt, credit card (if used), and photo ID.
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment tender of the original sale.
- All returns are subject to our verification process. If the transaction cannot be verified, we cannot return or exchange the item.
- All sales are final for items sold in the Clearance Cove and are not eligible for return.
- Items purchased from the Christmas Shop after 12/25 are not eligible for return.
