This sealer creates a high gloss finish on both bare and previously painted masonry surfaces, making it ideal for interior and exterior horizontal surfaces such as concrete driveways, garage floors, basement floors, concrete sidewalks, brick walkways, terrazzo, and slate. It can also restore beauty and improve cleanability to nonglossy latex floor coatings. For best results, avoid using it over silicone-treated surfaces or masonry exposed to hydrostatic pressure. Proper surface preparation following the product’s data sheet is essential. The sealer dries to the touch in 1 hour, can be recoated after 4 hours, and is rain-resistant after 24 hours.
