It maintains constant temperature control within ±10°F (6°C typical) throughout the entire cook, delivering best-in-class airflow capacity of 46 CFM. The fan offers the fastest initial speed-to-temperature, the lowest temperature overshoot, and stabilizes quicker than other units, ensuring superior control stability. This integrated system monitors and controls both smoker and meat temperatures when paired with a compatible ThermoWorks controller.
