Zinsser Perma-White White-Tintable Mold & Mildew-Proof Eggshell Paint, 1 Qt. is a specially formulated, moisture-resistant paint designed to provide lasting protection against mold and mildew. This water-based, self-priming paint is guaranteed mildew-proof for five years and offers excellent hiding quality with a tintable white eggshell finish. It can be applied directly over glossy surfaces, vinyl wall coverings, and Formica without the need for sanding, and it effectively seals new drywall, joint compound, and porous flat paints without a primer. The finish is washable and scrubbable, making it ideal for high-moisture areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, laundry rooms, and hot tub rooms. Suitable for use in homes, motels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, and nursing homes, this paint covers approximately 200 square feet per quart depending on surface porosity. Easy to clean up with soap and water, it dries in just two hours.
